1. Job Title:                   Financial Analyst

Analyze corporate financial data, monitor economic and industrial trends, and produce investment portfolios for investors. The detailed job duties include:

  • Prepare, review, and analyze fixed assets, liabilities, capital, cost allocation and estimation, and develop necessary cost diminishing actions according to industry best practices, identify and propose possible changes for the financial optimization of the company.
  • Utilize business information to determine and monitor the company’s actual financial performance against budget plans and perform related risk assessments.
  • Monitor economic, industrial, and corporate development by analyzing financial data to produce marketing forecasts and evaluate present and proposed financial programs through statistical analysis and interpretation of short- and long-term trend data.
  • Conduct profitability and business metric analysis, assist with the preparation of the annual business plan, and identify, quantify, and model key metrics that drive growth and revenue and that improve and formalize Worldshine’s franchise model.
  • Act as the key contact point for investment inquiries from investors, provide reliable and accurate portfolio analysis and risk analysis, and prepare investment options and structures, such as stocks, bonds, and other investment instruments.                                                                                                                               

Requirements:          

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in finance related field
  • Minimum two years of working experience in conducting financial analysis

2. Job Title:                    Social and Community Service Coordinator

 Job Location:            Beltsville, MD  

 Assist the Center Director with plan, coordinate and deliver the effective health care services to elder adult communities: Stay up to date with current and proposed health care laws and regulations, ensure Center’s program requirements and program benefits are of appropriate and resources effectively used; Assist the Center Director with establishing and developing Center’s administration, including program evaluation, performance evaluation and training, and conduct regular audits to ensure that all administrative procedures are being adhered to; Monitor and reconcile program expenses against budget, and generate monthly expenditure and budget reports for the Center Director; Develop and improve Center’s volunteer program, recruit volunteer workers, assist with registered nurses and social workers conduct mandatory trainings for all new volunteers; Develop and maintain cooperative working relationship with health agencies including county governments and local community centers; Provide direct problem-solving service and support to Center’s clients, such as conducting a termly needs evaluation and resolving complaints.
