阳光厨房精选菜品介绍—【兰花鲜贝】

— 鲜贝富含碳水化合物,是维持大脑功能必须的能源

原料:西兰花、鲜贝

配料:盐、鸡精、料酒、白胡椒粉、葱沫、姜沫

制作:

  1. 西兰化入开水焯烫1分钟,捞出过凉水晾干备用,鲜贝入开水焯烫20秒,捞出控水备用。
  2. 热锅下油下葱姜沫爆香加入烫好的西兰花、盐、鸡精、料酒煸炒少许即可。
  3. 另取锅加油下葱、姜沫爆香加入烫好的鲜贝、盐、鸡精、糖、料酒、白胡桃粉煸炒,加入水、淀粉勾芡即可。

营养成份:鲜贝富含碳水化合物,是维持大脑功能必须的能源;适用于脾气虚弱,运化无力所致的食欲不振、肢倦乏力等症。暖胃,治疗胃寒症。西兰花味道鲜美,营养高,有很高的药用价值,它的维生素C的含量丰富,具有抗癌功效,西兰花的平均营养价值远远超出其它蔬菜。
