Job Title:                    Investor Relations Specialist  

Job Location:            Beltsville, MD  

Work with the Center Director and Executive Board to attract and retain long-term investors. Communicate and execute presence of company to the investment community; Utilize global experience and perspective to identify, target, and develop new investors; Lead preparation for quarterly earnings calls and follow-up communications, prepare various financial documents, scripts, presentations, press release, and Q&As; Act as the key contact point for investment inquiries from investors and analysts, provide reliable and accurate financial information, and ensure their understanding of the company business modeling and financial performance; Build relationship with global quality long-term buy-side investors and ensure their investment criteria is aligned with company’s goals; Create and maintain IR calendar and organize roadshows, conferences, meetings, site visits; Track industry conditions, company reviews and conduct competitor analysis and perception studies.

Requirements:      

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Investment related field.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in corporate finance, communications, management, and investment analysis.

Job Title:                    Social and Community Service Manager, Adult Care Center

Job Location:            Beltsville, MD  

Assist Center Director to plan, develop, and deliver the effective health care services to elder adult communities: Establish and develop Center’s administration, including program evaluation, performance evaluation and training, and conduct regular audits to ensure that all administrative procedures are being adhered to; Update and implement all necessary business operation policies and financial practice, improve Center’s overall policy and procedure manual aim to ensure that the budgeting, monthly re-forecasting, operational and financial analyzes, monthly reporting, and the auditing functions are all executed smoothly, effectively and accurately; Develop and maintain cooperative working relationship with health agencies including county governments and local community centers; Conduct profitability and business metric analysis, prepare annual business plan, synthesize current Business Competitive Intelligence to share with the decision makers; Provide direct problem-solving service and support to Center’s clients, such as conducting a termly needs evaluation and resolving complaints.

Requirements:          

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Management related field.
  •  Two years’ work experience in business management related field.
